Terms and Conditions
- Gift vouchers can be exchanged for any BCN Clàssics concert or season ticket. See our classical programming season.
- Gift vouchers are valid for two years
- You can exchange your voucher by entering the code when making a purchase online or by presenting it at the Palau de la Musica, the Auditori or the BCN Clàssics offices.
- If the price of the chosen ticket or subscription is lower, the remaining amount will be retained on the same gift voucher and can be used for other purchases within the voucher's validity period.
- If the price of the ticket or season ticket is higher than the value of the voucher, you will have to pay the difference. Gift vouchers cannot be combined with existing discounts and promotions.
- Neither changes in the amount nor refunds are accepted.
